Flexible ticket: conditions

What it is

A stay you pay for today and whose dates you choose later. You build your ticket to suit you: Maritime Module or camping, how many nights and, for camping, how many people. It is issued in your name, with a unique code.

Price and breakfast

The ticket has the advance-contribution price: 10% off the Maritime Module and camping at CLP $10,000 per person per night (CLP $13,000 if you come alone), breakfast included (worth CLP $5,000 per person). It keeps those prices and conditions even if they change later.

Summer 2027 campaign

The flexible ticket is only sold until December 26, 2026 or until the 100 tickets run out. After that you can still book with dates, with a standard or advance contribution.

Seasons (module tickets)

Maritime Module tickets are bought for a season: high (January and February), mid (March, November and December) or low (April to October). If you use it in a more expensive season, you only pay the difference. If you use it in a cheaper one, the difference is applied to that same stay, for example by adding nights; if it isn’t used, it isn’t refunded. Camping costs the same all year round.

Validity

One year from purchase. You can extend it once by 6 months if you ask before it expires.

You can give it away

You can give or transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know the new holder’s name and contact details.

Summer priority

Part of January and February’s capacity is set aside so that, if you have a flexible ticket, you can confirm your dates until December 26. After that date, you can book the summer according to general availability.

Use

The ticket is used for a single stay, subject to availability. If you want to stay more nights, the total of your stay is calculated with the ticket’s conditions and you only pay the difference.

Once you choose your dates, you can change them once, up to 7 days before, keeping the same conditions. After that, what you paid becomes a credit valid for 2 years, transferable; if the new stay costs more, you pay the difference.

How it works

1. Request your ticket on WhatsApp from our availability page.
2. We confirm the details and the amount.
3. You pay 100% by bank transfer or, if you don’t have a Chilean bank account, by PayPal, within 24 hours; otherwise the request is released.
4. We send you your ticket code.
5. When you choose your dates, check availability and add your code in the “Code” field.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, just like bookings. By paying, you confirm that you have read and accept these conditions.
